Paula Kay King is a lifelong Wayne County resident known for her leadership, relationship-building, and results-driven approach. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business from Indiana University East, where she was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate Student and inducted into the International Honor Society in Business.

With more than 20 years of experience, Paula Kay has worked in sales, marketing, advertising, management, fundraising, and event planning. Her career began in real estate and continued at Brewer Broadcasting, where she led station operations, guided sales success, and strengthened community partnerships.

She later served as Director of Gift Development at Indiana University East, exceeding the campus goal for the $7 million Bicentennial Campaign and helping secure the largest corporate gift in IU East history.

Paula Kay has returned to real estate as a REALTOR® with Better Homes & Gardens First Realty Group, earning top-producer recognition her first year back. She is committed to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals with professionalism, empathy, and long-term dedication.

She lives in Centerville, Indiana, with her husband and their two children. Together, they enjoy hiking, boating, fishing, gardening, and cheering on their favorite sports teams.
